I completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts in Fine Art at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University in 1997, where I majored in sculpture and minored in drawing. In 1999 I completed a traineeship in Fashion Design to complement my sculpting skills and enable me to make ‘wearable art’.

From 1996 I began selling my artwork, and since that time I have competed in competitions, exhibited my work in a number of exhibitions as well as fashion shows, and have received many commissions to create specific pieces of art work.
